Yoon Jae Park

Conductor Session 4

Mr. Yoon Jae Park is a conductor, educator, and arts leader who serves as the
Orchestra Director and Artist-in-Residence at the Biola University Conservatory of
Music, and as a Professor of Music at Fullerton College. He has strengthened and
expanded orchestral programs at both institutions, shaping a culture of excellence,
collaboration, and student-centered artistry.
Mr. Park is widely recognized for developing orchestras into cohesive artistic
communities, mentoring young performers, conductors, and composers, and
leading innovative interdisciplinary and community-engaged projects. As a
performing artist, his album Priere is currently available on iTunes.
Beyond academia, Mr. Park is active in regional music festivals, competitions, and
international cultural exchange initiatives. He also serves as a Commissioner on the
Fullerton City Investment Advisory Committee and as the Executive Vice President
of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles (KACCLA), where
he helps bridge education, the arts, civic leadership, and community service.
Mr. Park completed both his Master’s degree and Graduate Certificate in
Performance at the University of Southern California. His contributions to music,
education, and the community have been recognized with multiple President’s
Volunteer Service Awards, the Key to the City of Fullerton, and numerous
commendations from federal, state, and local officials
