Downloadable Application Information

Download the application and complete. Submit the completed application along with all of the required materials before the postmark deadlines. You must include payment details on the application. Applications without payment will not be accepted.

Option 1: Email the completed application to registrar@montecitomusicfestival.com. Include additional material as needed such as recommendation letter, financial aid documents and recordings/Youtube links.

Options 2: Mail all application materials to: Montecito International Music Festival, P.O. Box 712358, Los Angeles, CA 90071, USA. Applications can only be received via U.S. Mail / International Post. DO NOT use alternative courier services such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

After March 15, you may download and complete your mail-in application. All materials must be postmarked by the following dates:
